Vegetarian Meatballs

1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 box stuffing mix w/spices

Mix all ingredients together. Let sit about 30 minutes. Bake with your favorite sauce. 40 minutes at 350.
