Baked Tofu

Marinade

1/4 c soy sauce (try different types such as mushroom, for example)
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
4 diced clove garlics
1 tablespoon diced ginger
1 chili pepper
1 T olive oil

Press water out of tofu by weighting down for several hours. Slice or
leave whole.
Marinade for at least two hours turning so both sides are
coated. (

Microwave on high for 1 minute 45 seconds or bake at 300 degrees for
about 20 minutes. Enjoy

Another good marinade can be made using sweet chili paste, organic
peanut butter (smooth style heated till it flows), rice vinegar, lots
of garlic and white pepper.
