Red Chili Sauce

1/2 cup prepared red chiles
2 cup water
2 Tbsp flour
1 clove garlic
salt to taste
oil for sauteing

Saute garlic in heavy pan. Blend in flour with spoon. Add water and red chili and bring to a boil. Simmer, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes. Salt to taste.
