Sweet Sour Spareribs
3 pounds spareribs
Marinate spareribs in shoyu, cornstarch, salt and sherry for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in saucepan. Add ginger and garlic and brown. Remove. Brown spareribs,
drain off excess fat. Add vinegar, brown sugar and water. Simmer 30 minutes
or until done. Add pineapple chunks and heat through.
