Roast Loin Of Pork

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sherry
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. mustard power
1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
1 tsp. ground thyme

Blend and put 4-5 pound boneless pork loin in heavy plastic bag or non-reactive bowl. Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Place roast on a roasting pan an cook for about 2 1/2 hours, check to see if well cooked and cook more if not. Baste with remaining marinade during the last hour.
