Egg Quiche

10 Eggs, slightly eaten
2 Green bell peppers; diced
2 teaspoons flat-leaf parsely; finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried Oregano
2 cups cooked turkey or chicken
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Beat eggs lightly and stir in remaining ingredients. Blend in well.
Pour mixture into 8 inch greased cake pan and bake in preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes or until set. Slice into wedges and serve hot or
cold.
