3/4 lb lean pork tenderloin
BBQ Sauce: (directions below)
Slice the pork into 3/4" slices and pound with a meat hammer until
thin. Season with salt and pepper. Grill over hot coals or in a lightly
oiled skillet for a few minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Lay
slices of pork on plates and spoon over the sauce.
Sauce directions: Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat for 10 min.
