Baked Custard

4 eggs, beaten
2 cups heavy cream
12 packets of splenda
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 325 F

In a medium bowl mix all of the ingredients well. Pour into a small glass baking dish and sprinkle nutmeg on top. Place baking dish in a shallow pan of water for one hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
