Creamy Italian Dressing (Diabetic Recipe)

1 tablespoon extra virgin plive oil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Shake well before
using.
