Parmesan Fried Chicken 2 1/2 lbs chicken tenders or chicken breast cut in strips - no skin 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 eggs, slightly beaten 2/3 cups grated Parmesan cheese Heat oven to 400. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in 9 x 13. Lightly salt chicken.
Coat chicken with mixture in dish 1, dip chicken into dish 2, roll chicken
in dish 3. Roll up strips and secure with a toothpick. Place chicken in
pan. Drizzle with melted Note: if in a hury can use whole pieces of chicken, place in pan bone
side down. |
